Participants:
Teams of three, 18+ years old. You can enter by yourself or in a team of two if you wish

Qualification round:
April, 12th, 13:00 UTC, on Codeforces

Finalists:
The top 25 teams from the qualification round will be invited to the finals. Should any of these teams be unable to attend, invitations will extend to subsequent teams, starting with the 26th-ranked team. Additionally, the jury reserves the right to award up to 5 wildcards.

Expenses:
We aim to cover trip expenses for the finalists. More information to come later.
